A thought that strikes me is a way for people who can't travel to Seattle to witness some of the 'Slam.' This is of special interest to me as I live in Missouri and cannot come to this years gathering. Obviously people could not see the entire festival if they are not there, so I suggest that performances be recorded or possibly streamed live. I believe that the greeting would also be a good thing to record. One more thing that interests me and possibly others is the planning for the 2010 Ocarina Festival. Perhaps a live stream through Blog TV could be established and monitored by a volunteer so people not physically present can give input to the planning. Please feel free to give any ideas as to how we can include more people from long distances. |

I like your thinking, Clint! I believe Kristie had the same idea and I think blogTV is definitely doable, and I'm sure several of the performances will definitely be recorded. I'll bring my macbook and try to have at least the open mic streamed. |

I live in Maine...=( it's so far away from everything, livestreaming or just taking videos is a great idea=) |
